Saudia Arabia is taking part in Kuwait International Book Fair 2025, running from November 19-29, 2025, reported the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The Saudi Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission is leading the Kingdom’s participation in the 48th Kuwait International Book Fair with a pavilion for several Saudi national and cultural institutions.
These include King Abdulaziz Public Library; University of Hafr Al-Batin; King Abdulaziz Complex for Endowment Libraries; King Fahd National Library; King Salman Global Academy for the Arabic Language; and the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance.
Moreover, the participating institutions include King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran; Publishing Association; Nasher Company; Saudi Criticism Lab; Arab Observatory for Translation; Tarjem Initiative; and King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives.
This broad participation underscores the integration of the Kingdom’s national cultural efforts and diverse initiatives aimed at promoting literature, publishing and translation.
Furthermore, the Commission’s participation stresses its commitment to reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s presence in regional and international cultural platforms and supporting the Saudi publishing and book industry.
It also emphasizes its commitment to empowering talents and enabling them to contribute to the Arab cultural movement, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 which positions culture as a pillar of development and a bridge for communication and dialogue among nations.
Saudi Arabia’s participation in the Kuwait International Book Fair 2025 is part of a series of participations in international events that aim to highlight the Kingdom’s cultural output and establish its status on a global scale.
