The parks of the Najran Region stand out as premier tourist destinations, drawing both residents and visitors with their distinctive natural charm. Celebrated for their ecological diversity and unique landscapes, these parks offer serene escapes for nature enthusiasts and those in search of tranquility.

Najran
Najran is home to breathtaking scenery—from soaring mountains and sprawling plains to scenic valleys. Among its crown jewels is King Fahd Park in Saqam Forest, one of the largest natural parks in Saudi Arabia. This park is a beloved retreat, known for its towering trees, lush green spaces, and a wide range of recreational activities.

Prince Jalawi bin Abdulaziz Park in Aba Rashash adds to the region’s allure, offering distinctive features such as a shopping tent, live competitions, and a dedicated children’s theater. In the northern parts of the region, particularly in Badr Al-Janoub, natural parks continue to attract steady streams of visitors.
The northwestern mountain valleys of Najran City are especially popular with picnickers and outdoor adventurers. These areas captivate with their clean air, striking geological formations, and dense growths of native sidr and salam trees (Acacia ehrenbergiana), offering ideal settings for hiking, rock climbing, and nature exploration.

In recent efforts to enhance these green spaces, Najran Municipality has undertaken extensive improvements: maintaining over 660 square meters of green areas, trimming and landscaping around 4,600 trees, and upgrading 250 square meters of sports and play zones. Additional work has focused on repairing walkways, improving restroom cleanliness, and maintaining fountains and waterfalls across public parks.
