The iconic fashion house Louis Vuitton is entering the world of cosmetics with a big launch this fall. La Beauté Louis Vuitton is a new makeup line that will add a new level of luxury beauty.
While Louis Vuitton has diverse collections of fragrances and accessories, including cosmetic cases, it is the first makeup launch for the luxury fashion house.
La Beauté features collaboration with the world-renowned makeup artist, Pat McGrath, as the Cosmetics Creative Director of the brand.
McGrath has been working with Louis Vuitton for over 20 years. She brings her exceptional vision and expertise to create an extraordinary beauty experience that extends beyond products.
On this occasion, McGrath said: “The beauty universe is about so much more than just product, and what we are creating here will unlock a new level in luxury beauty.”
La Beauté makeup line will feature a wide range of products, including 55 lipsticks, 10 lip balms and 8 eyeshadow palettes, according to WWD.
McGrath has been working on this line for the past four years. “People have been asking me for years, ‘When is makeup coming for Louis Vuitton?’ Now I can finally say it’s happening,” she said.
“I have been creating makeup looks for Louis Vuitton for many years. We have a shared vision of beauty and collaborate in a way that feels entirely natural, but every season, there is a surprise and a twist! La Beauté Louis Vuitton is a perfect extension of the journey we’ve been on together,” McGrath added.
