Saudi Arabia Highlights Cultural Heritage at 2025 Seoul International Book Fair

Saudi Arabia officially opened its pavilion on Thursday at the 2025 Seoul International Book Fair, taking place from June 18 to 22 at the COEX Convention and Exhibition Center in Seoul, Republic of Korea. The Kingdom’s participation is spearheaded by the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission.

Abdullatif Abdulaziz Al Wasel, CEO of the Commission, stated that Saudi Arabia’s involvement reflects its expanding role in global cultural forums. He emphasized that the initiative is part of the Kingdom’s broader effort to strengthen ties with international publishing entities and promote cross-cultural exchange.

The Saudi delegation features representatives from several key institutions, including the King Abdulaziz Public Library, King Fahd National Library, the Publishing Association, and various local publishing houses. Also participating are the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language, Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, and Nashir Publishing and Distribution Company.
