City Hub: 7 Saudi Cities to Enjoy New Entertainment Experience

Seven cities across Saudi Arabia are set to indulge in a new entertainment experience during 2025.

The Chairman of the Saudi General Entertainment Authority (GEA), Turki Al Al-Sheikh, on Sunday announced the launch of City Hub, a new entertainment project that will kick off in 7 Saudi cities over the course of the year, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

Spanning an area of over 20,000 square meters in each city, the City Hub project aims to boost the quality of life for citizens and residents by distributing entertainment activities across the various regions of Saudi Arabia.

The project will kick off in Jazan on January 23, 2025. After that, it will move to Al-Khobar, Buraidah, Hail, Al-Baha, and Taif. In August, it will wrap up in Tabuk. The City Hub will stay in each city for 14 days.

The one-of-a-kind event features a diverse array of entertainment activities that fit all age groups. These include the “Play and Learn” festival, allowing children to discover various jobs in an experience combining education and entertainment.

Moreover, the Electronic Games zone will organize championships for renowned games, including TEKKEN 8 and EAFC24, offering lucrative prizes. The City Hub also includes various zones, such as the Horror Zone, the Circus Tent, the Adventure Zone, and the Birds Zone, for more thrill and fun.

In addition, visitors can enjoy a diverse market and a collection of local and international restaurants at the City Hub, for a comprehensive experience that blend entertainment with gourmet dining.

The City Hub project emphasizes the GEA’s commitment to promoting local content, encouraging investments in emerging areas, as well as creating thousands of direct and indirect job opportunities, in line with Vision 2030 objectives.
